We are NonStop: one of the fastest growing recruitment firms with an equal passion for connecting top talent with top employers as we have for training and developing top talent for our own team.

As a leading name in European recruitment within the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, care, education, technical, and digital sectors, we are continually striving to raise the bar of recruitment industry standards.

Comprising a diverse range of nationalities, cultures and personal backgrounds, we have created a highly rewarding, genuinely meritocratic working environment where every employee knows they are part of something special and all are supported on their personal journeys to find success.

Our industry unrivalled in-house training team provides personalised support to each recruiter while more senior recruiters provide coaching and mentoring. Starting from entry level, our approach to NONSTOP professional development sees people achieve their first promotion within a matter of months, become a team leader within an average of two years and then progress to director level, with some phenomenal rewards along the way including life-changing sums of money and supercars. Imagine earning over £100,000 a year just a couple of years after graduating!?

Of course, as with most things worth having in life, recruitment is not always easy. It takes personal commitment to learn, effort and a true desire to achieve.

From time-to-time we also have roles available in our operations team, which includes HR, IT, finance, quality assurance, market research and marketing.

With multinational teams (27 nationalities!) across our established UK (London, Portsmouth) and European (Luxembourg, Prague, Bucharest) offices, and a growing presence in the US (Boston), we’re continually looking to expand so the only question is, do you want to be a part of it?

Industry: Consulting Department: M Job Title: M

What are the best and worst things about your job?

Career progression is transparent and consistent - no waiting for your manager to vacate their position. All you have to do to move to the next level is hit targets that are clear and consistent company wide.

Earnings potential is phenomenal (it is sales after all!) and because we have offices in locations such as Prague and Bucharest, which are beautiful cities in themselves but are also relatively cheap to live, yet work with Western European clients, we are earning what would be considered a very, very good salary in the heart of London, yet living in far cheaper locations.

A focus on continual learning - the company is structured in a way that allows people to keep learning and progressing, even at director-level, in a supportive environment.

Application Advice:

My only piece of advice is to listen to the training and take everything on board in order to progress at a faster rate.
No one wants to be resourcing, whilst invaluable. I myself wanted to be in position where I earn money quicker and thus I wanted to get promoted as soon as possible.

Interview Advice:

Be yourself and don't treat it like an interview, everyone there wants you to get the job therefore it is paramount that you don't act arrogant and cocky as it's not what they are looking for.

Know that you can make great money but it is not a get rich quick scheme. If you work hard, you will get results (lots of commission) very quickly.

It really is a meritocracy and you're only limited in what you can achieve by your own attitude!

Leave your ego at the door, take on advice and you can be very successful, very quickly.
