What are the best and worst things about your company?
Varied and interesting work, great people to work with, varying levels of responsibility, big clients, lots of volunteering opportunities, chance to go to client meetings/court and gain experience.Sometimes in office behind desk all day, lack of feedback, big firm so can sometimes feel 'lost' in it, rotating into different teams quite often - just get settled and then you move again, not seeing case through from start to finish.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The cultures and values of the firm. People engagement - making everyone feel valued for who they are and what they do. Having a voice, being supported by your peers and having the opportunity to make a difference to the business from a junior level. Lots of opportunity for secondments.
