What are the best and worst things about your company?
There is so much scope to develop yourself and gain experiences in so many areas. The hours are fairly strange and working one weekend day.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Great training provision - regular trainings to grow you personally and to grow your individual centre, really result in up-skilling. Feedback culture across all levels of the team. A lot of responsibility given very early in to your career. Competitive bonus scheme. Relationships with members (children and parents alike) are really valued and building the bonds is seen as an integral part of the role. Progression opportunity - most Head Office roles recruited from bottom-up. Huge variety of roles within job description - staff management, recruitment and development; finance, marketing, sales, customer service, educational professionalism. Hours - all Assistant Director's required to work one weekend day, and weekday hours usually 11 - 8. Due to fast staff turnover there is often uncertainty about when and where transfers will be made, resulting in centres being left short-staffed.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
- Lots of responsibility early on. - Get to experience a lot of areas within Business & Management. - Friendly staff and company ethos. - Commitment to training and development of staff. - Too little time to get all your roles & responsibilities done properly. - Working hours can sometimes be unsociable. - Most senior staff are relatively young so there isn't the wealth of experience that may be there within other companies.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Working in a fast paced environment which prides itself and delivering the best tuition for children aged 4-14. The job is very varied and gives the opportunity to take on responsibility from day one. The training is fantastic, and support within teams is second to none. One of the hardest parts of the job is the hours. They are long, and I would recommend that for someone to work for Explore Learning, passion is key.
