What are the best and worst things about your company?
The support and training is incredible, they are really there for you every step of the way and want to develop you. The culture in general is great, and the opportunity to progress is fantastic. Of course the best thing in any sales job is the benefits package and the opportunity to earn big money is real. The hours can sometimes be long! And parking can be a nightmare!

What are the best and worst things about your company?
- The people are great - made me feel so welcome in the first few weeks! - The variety of tasks every day is always different! I've only been here a short while and my academy has been canvassing, on the phone, meeting customers, been to manufacturing visits all over the country and attended a massive variety of really fun interactive training sessions! - Extremely organised - when you first start there are things planned every day so I'm never bored! - Food at the canteen is so cheap! (£1 for a sandwich!) - One senior manager assigned just for the academy so you get so much one on one time - excellent training! - Commission! - £400 a month for a car!Parking!

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The best things about the job are that no day is ever the same. Which means that the work environment is extremely diverse and I'm always being pushed to try new things and tackle new goals. I get to be creative, face new challenges and really make an impact on day-to-day decisions. The team is brilliant too. Everyone is like-minded, fun and enthusiastic which means the overall vibe in the office is positive and motivational.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
You are encouraged from the beginning to develop and contribute ideas to the team and work closely with managers and people high up in the business which is great as your voice gets heard and you have a brilliant opportunity to make an impact on the business from day one. You will work with various people from around the business and gain a wide range of experiences from each department. Being in the field doing one of the lower wage roles within the business but it was vital in order to understand the business from the bottom up and appreciate what others in your team do on a day to day basis.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The absolute best thing about working for Express Vending is the people! We all get along well and are of similar mentalities which makes work socials great fun! A very close second is the earning potential here. When they say 'uncapped commission' they really mean it! After 3 years working here most people have paid off their student loans and own or are on their way to owning a property. You need to be prepared to work hard. Very hard. This is not a 9-5 job - it is an opportunity to build a career for yourself. Not that that's a bad thing but it's not for everyone.
