What are the best and worst things about your company?
- Opportunities. - Reputation of company in the market. - Profile of clients. - Opportunity to travel. - Work/life balance. - Colleagues. - Insurance is a great industry in general. - Earmarked for senior positions further down the line. - Pressures of exams. - Red tape, restriction on certain activities because Marsh is particularly strict on compliance issues. - Meritocratic progress can sometimes give way to loud personalities. - Can be seen as a training ground for the industry rather than long term career.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The support for and the dedication to including new joiners and developing them professionally from the off.Marsh is a large corporate entity that with proper controls in place, can lack dynamism at times. Given the size of the company however, it is streets ahead of many of its competitors.
