What are the best and worst things about your company?
Great work/life balance, real responsibility in real jobs from day 1 (overwhelming to begin with) and epic trips and conferences abroad. Very good pay considering w/l balance, company culture (for a giant corporate), flexible working and a strong graduate community in first 6-12 months.Having to live and work in Reading (definitely the worst part). Difficult and limited career progression (stream dependent), no community other than graduates, with very little socialising (no post-work drinks/dining) especially after 12 months.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
- Great culture, support of the people there and encouraged work-life balance. - Modern up to date facilities. - Breadth of different activities I can get involved in, with the added contacts and network I can build up whilst doing so - all supporting my development. - Management interest in my professional development. - So many tools and processes, which at times can be quite overwhelming. - Disparate needs of different business groups creates noise, which sometimes can be tricky in simplifying messages to customer/partner - but getting better. - Can take some time getting up to speed on some of the different products, but you can get away with knowing the basics.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The best things are the people and the culture. Furthermore, you get as much responsibility as you are willing to take very early on, as well as all the support you need.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The graduate community is the best as we are all encouraged to support each other. Also the wider team are very supportive in ensuring that we are continuously learning, growing in confidence and are happy to voice any concerns. Occasionally the workload is not reflective of what we expected, in terms of getting accounts that are of a lower level than what should be given to a graduate.
