What are the best and worst things about your company?
The firm is a great place to work, with interest and variety as a trainee and good supervision. The building and location are also pretty great! Not much seat choice in first year of training contract, but then again - sometimes a seat you didn't expect to enjoy can surprise you!

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The high level of responsibility you are trusted with as soon as you arrive - you see your work reach the client and it's a real confidence booster. The Cambridge office has a great café and open plan working environment, where everyone is supportive and always on hand to help out.The salary in the Cambridge office is quite a stretch in comparison to Manchester or Norwich.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
There is an emphasis on getting trainees working on 'real work' as quickly as possible, with no tea making or photocopying! There is also direct contact with clients very early on, which gives great opportunities for developing your professional network from the very beginning.Occasionally there are long hours, but these are usually few and far in between.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
As a trainee, you get to work on loads of different matters with lots of different members of your team. You also get to move around the firm doing different seats. The huge variety of work is really enjoyable, and you learn loads.
