What are the best and worst things about your company?
I like the diversity of being able to do totally different jobs every six months. I have worked in People Development and as a Commercial Analyst and I am moving into Communications and Customer Services next. I am gaining so many skills and have been supported really well by my managers and team to enable me to do this. Graduates are really supportive of each other and help each other achieve. There is not a sense of competition against each other or being ranked. Sometimes there can be a lot of systems to get through to get things that seem simple done - but this is the case in most places!

What are the best and worst things about your company?
A very good level of responsibility from all parts of the business throughout the graduate programme and afterwards. Good reward for your knowledge and hard work. Not the longest hours in the City by a long way!Limited downside, you can sculpt your own development in different markets and find the right role for yourself. If you aren't self motivated and interested in changing jobs every 6 months then this isn't for you.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The responsibility offered to graduates - you are not just given all the work nobody else wants! Everyone is incredibly friendly and willing to answer questions and share knowledge. Flexibility to think of your own ideas/do your own project work.Sometimes it can be a bit daunting being given so much responsibility. Not always given a full work load all day, everyday.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Dynamic work - a lot of ad hoc analysis of an unpredictable nature means you are always on your toes. Highly rewarding when things go well, easy to see impact of your work. Graduate scheme is an excellent way to determine where you fit into the company and try different roles. The dynamic nature of the job can add pressure to deliver new work under tight timescales.
