What are the best and worst things about your company?
Working with intelligent, talented and driven people, coupled with a clearly structured progression and diverse opportunities higher up.Work/life balance is difficult to manage, large commitment of hours in the office as well as sacrificing personal time to study. Could be earning more in another sector for similar time commitment (however the job itself would be considerably less stressful than those alternatives).

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Travel - we started the scheme in New York for two weeks, and we have a trip to Mumbai scheduled. The work - insurance permeates all different aspects of business, and you can be working on very different accounts from one day to another. The people - Insurance is still an industry driven by the people and personalities within it, and is easy to see why WTW have employed the sociable group of people that it has done. Relationship building is key to a successful career in insurance. Training - WTW is very accommodating of training, providing classes for each exam, support for coursework, whilst also funding this for employees too.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Employees and senior management at WTW take a great interest in the graduates and I have felt welcomed by almost everyone. It feels like there is a lot of potential and opportunity here. The nature of the company can be quite disorganised and last minute at times.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
A lot of challenges, responsibility and exposure. I get to choose my rotations within the company and guide my own business education. My first job role was more of a consultancy position, which was not what I expected. However, with time and study, I have turned this into a career positive.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The opportunities are great on a rotational scheme! HR and managers make an incredible effort to expose you to all facets of the company and business. Lack of communication around HR and the firm as a whole.
