What are the best and worst things about your company?
Great colleagues all across Europe, variety, flexibility, it won't become boring!The flexibility can also be too much, last-minute changes and decisions regarding locations.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
- Really getting into tourism from very different angles. - Getting to know many inspiring people from different countries all across Europe. - See different locations, office cultures, etc. - Prove yourself every 3-4 months in new assignments.- Living out of suitcases / having to look for flats every few months.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Working for a travel company often means opportunities to travel with work! Holiday discounts. The people at TUI make it a great place to work. Autonomy. IT Scheme not as mature as other companies and still finding it's feet - continuous improvement.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Great number of opportunities in many different departments and source markets around the Group. Networking with peers and senior level managers. Travel, travel, travel. You can influence which areas of the business you will work in.Implementation of changes may take some time as the company is massive.
