What are the best and worst things about your company?
Great canteen food in London. Friendly internationally diverse colleagues in London. Great inclusion and diversity in our global office in London. Flexible working. Funding for great training. Travel in the job. Great flexibility to take your holiday whenever within reason. Full ownership for projects. Discounted staff shop. Free onsite gym. Sometimes on other sites there can be too much politics in making decisions. Decision making outside global can be slow.

Agile working. Responsibility on projects that add value. Company Culture - Office is packed full of friendly faces who are all willing to help!Rotational graduate scheme - can be difficult to move to different locations every 6 months.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Good atmosphere. Support from managers, mentors and colleagues. Variety of roles available for graduates; good opportunity to learn about the company. Roles in other functions and abroad.Roles can be a hit or miss; some jobs are not as challenging as promised. Red tape. Projects tend to move slowly unless supported by senior management.

The opportunities and scope you get as a graduate to explore the different parts of the business and try out new roles.Sometimes there are difficulties if you are trying to get placed in a role outside of Europe.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
My job is very varied and interesting on a day to day basis - I am based in different places, working with different departments and using different skills everyday. The office is based slightly outside London (however I only work from there 3 days a week on average).
