What are the best and worst things about your company?
The amount of support that you are given and that you can find for yourself as a graduate is great for your development. Despite the fact that you are still learning, your opinion is valued no matter who you are talking to.Management styles will change depending on your role so you must be prepared to be flexible in your approach to your work. Often you will have sole responsibility for projects so make sure you are self sufficient at motivating yourself.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The fact that I genuinely enjoy it and getting up for work doesn't fill me with dread. As such a big company, sometimes it can be hard to navigate, particularly when on 6 month rotations across the business.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
You have the opportunity to work with very diverse and friendly teams, You get to attend a lot of workshops and courses helping you with your personal development. No work-life balance - long shifts and weird working hours. Can end up just doing reception work for a long time instead of management tasks.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
-They are very supportive of allowing you to experience as much of the department as you wish to and allow you to carry out any extra training where needed. - There is a lot of travel involved to get to sites which can mean long days sometimes but this does however make the job extremely varied and interesting. (Everyday is different!)

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The people. Both staff and guests who can make you both smile and be the highlight of your week. 48 hours a week is quite taxing, especially as you are expected to work over this amount from time to time
