What are the best and worst things about your company?
Work life balance. It takes too many people. Opinions and time to get things done. The organisation is rather departmentalised. Often you don't get a say in the things that affect you directly.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The people are great. The culture is great. It's a nice place to work with a lot of room for career progression. Sometimes it can feel like people have favourites... and it's who you know not what you know. But there is a lot of emphasis on leadership and working well with people. This just may be due to the focus on building relationships.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The company is incredibly supportive of you and your career ambitions. They offer a wide variety of training and actively encourage people to try and learn about things going on within the wider tech world.Working for a large organization inevitably means there will be a lot of administrative tasks you have to complete. The year end appraisal process is one of the worst parts, requiring you to outline your contribution that year. Everyone is then rated based on this so it can be fairly stressful.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Very broad variety of roles and responsibilities available in the company with evidence of variety plus movement between roles. Company also offers opportunities to travel and work abroad due to the global nature of the firm. Working hours plus flexibility are excellent. My job provides me intellectual challenges, engagement with key (and senior) stakeholders as well as ownership of projects. Also provides me with exposure and chance to present to senior leaders from early on.Pay is very reasonable but career progression seems to be vertical rather than horizontal in many cases which isn't a bad thing per se but applicants will need to temper their expectations on rapid promotions.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Very strategic and high-exposure work given to me as an analyst, which led to interaction with the senior leadership of the company.Things sometimes happen more slowly at such a large company than in a start-up for example.
