What are the best and worst things about your company?
Really friendly people to work with, great quality clients and work, usually much more sociable hours than many other law firms. Unpredictability of when you may have to work longer hours.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Responsibility, breadth and variety of work involved, very friendly working environment, receiving regular feedback and guidance on my work and very approachable partners.Clerking and spending hours carrying heavy boxes to court and chambers, bundling, bringing lunch and drinks to court and cleaning after the team, assisting a litigation team without much background to the case.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
A small-to-medium firm means you have more opportunities to get to know everyone in the firm, building great personal relationships. Lack of the ability to travel with work compared to larger firms.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Stellar client list and interesting cases without the long hours. Fantastic culture - everyone is smart, relaxed and supportive. The partners are human beings who even the most junior of person can talk to, whether it's about work or otherwise. The pay isn't as good as other firms but with the good culture and work-life balance I can't complain too much.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The firm is so friendly and people are extremely approachable. Work culture is healthy, trainees are valued and respected. There are a few things that are not very transparent (such as trainee seat allocation, qualification opportunities and also who gets to go to client meetings/events).

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Bristows is full of very intelligent and friendly people - it makes for a really great workplace. There are a lot of social events - whether purely social or one of the many, many charity events we run. Being a trainee in a medium sized firm means that as you rotate through your seats you get a full understanding of how the firm works as a whole and get to meet almost everyone here. Also, the practice areas are broader than some seats you might get in a very large firm, so you get a lot of experience of many different areas of law and business. Partners can be a bit hit and miss in being appreciative of the work you do - though associates often fill in for them!

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The quality of the work, the people and the work life balance. It is not company specific but the job itself has inconsistent hours, which can be frustrating to manage at times.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
How friendly and intelligent all your colleagues are! It isn't a pretentious work place, it's down to earth and focused on providing top quality legal advice.
