What are the best and worst things about your company?
You're given a lot of training allowing you to be an actual consultant on your specialism instead of just a resourcer. Furthermore, the community is very supportive, the money is great (especially as a graduate) and you get to speak to very interesting people all day long! When you've worked with a candidate for a long time, and the opportunity falls through.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The amount of responsibility I have been afforded from an early stage. The resources at my disposal when I recommend a new initiative. The vibrancy and fun of the company is also a huge plus point; social events and company nights out are commonplace. Genuinely no drawbacks to this organisation.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The company is great, we have an awesome company culture, full of young accomplished like-minded people. The directors are approachable and always willing to get stuck in and help when needed. If you do well you are rewarded with holidays, incentives and company nights out!
