What are the best and worst things about your company?
International company with a lot of opportunities. Focus on evolving employees. Challenging, constantly aiming at being and doing better. Get to work with various parts of Logistics. Interface role between customer service and warehouse is great.Sometimes lacking the transparency of what is going on. No clear directions of what is part of the role and how much each area should be of your full time. No clear instruction of responsibilities split between different areas.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Hilti really values their employees and it's reflected in the way management integrate new team members. The training process is really helpful and over the course of the first few months you get a chance to spend time with everyone in your team. As a graduate, I really appreciated this support and it was very useful to receive advice and guidance from the more senior engineers. The onus is on you to get all your work done and meet your targets, which can make things difficult when you are initially finding your bearings. As you need to be an expert in the products and brand it can sometimes feel daunting when facing a customer with years of construction experience. Having said that, there is plenty of support in place to assist you if you do not have the answers.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
-You have a great amount of freedom in the role which allows you to manage your customer base as you like. -Training is very thorough and always ongoing. -Managers and team mates are always there to help. -Great wage at entry level as well. -So much to learn! But thats why the training is there I suppose. -The red shirts.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Hilti understand we require a work/life balance. This is something very simple that many other employers/ sales jobs are lacking. We don't receive staff discount on tools. We become massive fans of the brand and then cannot afford to buy our own. I resent having to buy cheap tools from B&Q!

What are the best and worst things about your company?
At Hilti you are treated as family and nothing is to much for them to help you out with, they offer all types of training for you to grow your own skillsNot that much to say here but the prices of the tools make it hard to sell to some people.
