What are the best and worst things about your company?
All graduates are required to complete certain training and placements with other teams. This is a great opportunity to explore the company, get a sense of the bigger picture and work out what it is that you are most interested in working in.With a large number of cars being developed, management and planning can sometimes be a little chaotic. Workload can be very heavy or very light depending on the team.

Great atmosphere, lots of training available and enough responsibility to push me coupled with enough support to help me.Lack of 'Smarter Working' (working from home) and work life balance.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The people and how they make you feel. The environment plays a great role in this. If the people surrounding you are not supportive, you won't enjoy your job as much.I don't like the fact that career progression is quite slow here.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Opportunities to drive vehicles. Support for working towards Chartership. Not about the job itself, but traffic during peak arrival/leaving work times can be poor due to the sheer volume of vehicles arriving and leaving. Also walking around on site as there are building works at the moment.

- Lots of responsibility. - Numerous training courses and qualifications that you will be supported to complete. - Fast paced company, that is striving to achieve bigger and better results. - Management team are keen to help progress your development.- Time management can be difficult to learn at first. Learning how to prioritise workload is key.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
-Wide range of projects, providing the opportunity to get involved in various aspects of the supply chain. -Opportunity to solve problems that impact the business directly through data analysis. -Enjoyable and challenging work. -Great team; they know what they're talking about and are always willing to help or guide when necessary. -Great manager. -Sympathetic culture. This role keeps me very busy, in a really good way! There are very few bad things about the job... The only thing I can think of is that you do spend quite a bit of time firefighting, through email correspondences.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
I work with people around the business not just Finance. My colleagues are great and make every day that bit more enjoyable. I get to work on a physical product that I get to see on the roads every day.The work can sometimes be a bit repetitive.
