Application Advice: You will be asked to do some two minute recorded answers to questions and once you see the questions you only have a minute to prepare what you are going to say. However, I would write down some ideas and experiences you can draw upon beforehand that are applicable to a few different questions as this helped me a lot. Also, take the whole of that minute you are given to think and do your best points first as you will likely run out of time
Interview Advice: It was a strengths based interview that asks you to reflect on certain skills you possess and when you employed them in your experiences up to this point. So reflecting upon when you have shown certain skills beforehand is important and the examples you use do not have to be academic or employment based they can be anything. For example, when asked about how I dealt with conflict within a team in the past I referred to some of my experiences playing in sports teams in my free time

Yes we have this 'work hard, play hard' atmosphere and working at Pro is full of perks, but you will still be expected to perform to the highest of your abilities. We have had many people 'jump' into recruitment just for the sake of having a job and earning some money. Do not do this, ensure you know what is going to be expected of you and decide if this is something which is doable.

If you have done any internships or full-time work, advertise this clearly and concisely, present your responsibilities and achievements while working there. It is important to show you are applying for roles in recruitment and you have done research in the industry, write a short intro showing your knowledge and your desire to join the industry. Put your CV on all of the job boards and LinkedIn.

The first interview is quite casual and you will get a lot of information on the company. Do some research to form some additional questions. In the second round, you will have to do a role play - It is great to research objection handling in sales for this. Application Advice: My main piece of advice would be to write a strong cover letter to include in your application. This is part of the online application process so I would recommend having one written ahead of completing the online application so that you have already proof-read and edited the content to copy and paste into the application. The cover letter should be targeted, relevant to REED, and include reasons WHY you're applying and what makes it an exciting opportunity for you. This is an opportunity to include a bit of personality, as well as demonstrate your interest in the role. A regurgitated cover letter that's really a re-written version of a CV won't stand out, but a personalised letter that includes your aspirations and career goals will.
Interview Advice: "Fail to prepare, prepare to fail" could not be more accurate here, and has been my mantra since my first ever interview when I was 17. My recommendations would be to; research (with time to spare, don't cram 10 minutes before the interview); prepare answers to standard competency questions; also prepare questions you want to ask; have all of this written down in front of you ready for the interview in a clear document that you can easily read, so when the time comes to answer questions or ask questions, you have something easily accessible to reference. James Reed's "Why You?" book is a fantastic resource for interview preparation and I would highly recommend leafing through this ahead of your interview too.

Also, do your research on Reed as a company and the recruitment industry as it will show the Graduate Team at Reed you are serious about your application and not just applying as it is a Graduate scheme.
Interview Advice: There are a number of interview stages, two on the phone and one which is face to face. On the initial telephone interview, be clear and confident and make sure you prepare beforehand! The second telephone interview will likely be a test so ensure you completely understand the information and think about it analytically - don't be afraid to think outside the box! The final face to face interview will be with a senior member of staff in the business and this can seem quite daunting. However, don't be afraid of this stage as they are only trying to get an understanding of what you are like as a person and a candidate to see if you will do well in the business.

Application Advice: The best advice that I received when I was applying for this job role was to be 100% honest and tell the company whatever you are in detail regardless if it is good or bad. Also, fill out all the questions that are asked in full detail and don’t miss anything out.
Interview Advice: I would say to be fully prepared and ready to answer all the questions that are asked to you and revise the company before you walk into the interview room because questions about the company may be asked, also questions regarding the gas industry as a whole may also be asked, so you need to have your knowledge up to scratch. Also make yourself presentable and look smart so that you look appealing so whoever is interviewing you wants to hire you as their employee.

Application Advice: Be sure of yourself. When describing your traits make it obvious that you believe they are true and back yourself 100%, it's not worth erring on the side of caution to seem more modest. The application form can be lengthy but it is worth it as what you put in there will really set you apart from other people and get you to that interview. The application is the first impression of you that they get so make it a good one, take your time with the process and reap the rewards.
Interview Advice: Be yourself and do your research so that you can be confident you know what you're saying. This firm is very people orientated and values colleagues and clients very well so if you can display that you work very well with people this should reflect quite positively. Show that you have an eagerness to learn and progress because the firm looks for people who they can invest in and progress through their careers.

Interview Advice: Be confident but calm and collected. Give good accurate examples that can be brought back to the actual question you are being asked quickly and effectively.

Interview Advice: Toughest question you tend to get is "Why Recruitment?" - I would advise having long term, middle term and short term goals in mind. These can be anything from looking to buy a house, going on holiday, a new car or wanting to be a Team Lead.

Application Advice: Consider what you want out of the apprenticeship and how you think you'll suit the role and benefit the company while the apprenticeship benefits you.
Interview Advice: You should always research the company prior to your interview. You don't need to overload on general knowledge and know every detail about the company as the interview is more about getting to know you, so be yourself. If there is team work activities, speaking out and sharing your opinion or helping others in the team get their ideas across is important, it shows you work well in a team as well as having the confidence to speak to others freely.

Application Advice: You may have a load of work, you may have little work. But either way, you just need to get your head down, take it in your stride and realise it's not always going to be enjoyable - but that doesn't mean you can't appreciate what you're learning because you don't realise how important the basics are until you gain more responsibility.
Interview Advice: Research your company, make sure it's something you're willing to commit your life to for however long the apprenticeship is as that's what it takes. Don't stress about being asked questions, the interviewers will make you feel comfortable if they're as invested in you as you are in them.
